"Biscayne Science," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Biscayne Regenesis LLC, a Florida limited liability company (Fla. Doc. No. L26000380781) with its principal office at 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, trading as "Biscayne Science." We supply high-purity research peptides and related compounds strictly for laboratory and in-vitro research use.
2. Eligibility
By placing an order you represent and warrant that you:
- Are at least 21 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract;
- Are purchasing products for legitimate laboratory, research, or in-vitro experimental use only, in a professional or educational research capacity;
- Are not purchasing products for human consumption, animal or veterinary use, or any therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, or food purpose;
- Will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations governing the purchase, possession, handling, and use of the products in your jurisdiction.
3. Products Are for Research Use Only
All products sold by Biscayne Science are research chemicals intended solely for laboratory and in-vitro research use. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. 4. Orders and Acceptance
- Orders are placed through our order form and are treated as an offer to purchase. No order is binding on us until we accept it and payment is received.
- We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion — including where we suspect the product is intended for human consumption, unlawful use, or resale for such use.
- We may require additional verification of your identity, age, or research purpose before accepting an order.
- Product descriptions, availability, and pricing may change without notice, and may contain errors we may correct at any time.
5. Pricing and Payment
- Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of shipping unless stated otherwise.
- Payment is currently accepted by Zelle or Venmo. Full payment must be received before an order is processed or shipped.
- You are responsible for sending the correct amount and including your order number as instructed. Orders remain unfulfilled until payment clears.
6. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds
Shipping timelines, returns, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
7. Buyer Responsibility and Prohibited Uses
You are solely responsible for the lawful and safe use, storage, and disposal of the products. You agree that you will not:
- Use, consume, or administer any product in or on a human or animal body;
- Resell, distribute, or supply any product for human or veterinary consumption or as a drug, supplement, or food;
- Misrepresent the nature of the products or remove or alter any labeling or safety information;
- Use the products in violation of any law, regulation, or third-party right.
8. No Medical Claims or Advice
Nothing on this site is medical, health, or professional advice. We make no representation that any product is safe or effective for any use in humans or animals. Any information provided is for research reference only.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Except for any certificate of analysis expressly provided for a given batch, all products and this website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biscayne Science and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from misuse of the products, use in humans or animals, or use in violation of these Terms. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Biscayne Science and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the Biscayne Science name, logo, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Effective date" above will be updated. Your continued use of the site or purchase of products constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
