1. Not Drugs, Supplements, or Food
Our products are research chemicals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. No statement on this site should be interpreted as a medical or health claim.
2. Buyer Certification
By placing an order, you certify and agree that:
- You are at least 21 years old and legally able to purchase these materials;
- You are a qualified researcher, or acting on behalf of a research or educational institution, with the training to handle research chemicals safely;
- You are purchasing solely for legitimate in-vitro research and not for human or animal consumption;
- You will not resell, repackage, or distribute the products for human or veterinary use, or represent them as fit for such use;
- You take full and sole responsibility for the safe handling, use, storage, and lawful disposal of the products once they leave our facility.
3. Legal Compliance
You are responsible for knowing and complying with all laws and regulations that apply to the purchase, possession, handling, and use of these products in your country, state, and locality. Legality varies by jurisdiction, and it is your obligation — not ours — to confirm that your intended use is lawful where you are.
4. Safe Handling
Research chemicals should be handled only by trained personnel using appropriate protective equipment and laboratory controls. You assume all risk associated with handling and use.
5. Assumption of Risk and Release
You acknowledge that misuse of these products — including any use in or on a human or animal body — can be dangerous and is entirely at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless Biscayne Science and its owners, employees, and agents from any injury, loss, liability, or damage resulting from the misuse, mishandling, or unlawful use of the products.
6. Quality and Certificates of Analysis
Where provided, a certificate of analysis (COA) reflects third-party batch testing for the stated compound and purity, for research reference only. A COA is not a representation that a product is safe or suitable for any use in humans or animals.
