What Research Use Only Means | Biscayne Science

The short answer

All Biscayne Science products are supplied strictly for laboratory research and in-vitro experimental use only. They are not for human or veterinary use. They are not for consumption, ingestion, injection, or any in-vivo application in humans or animals.

They are research chemicals. They are not drugs, dietary supplements, foods, cosmetics, or medical devices. They have not been evaluated or approved by the FDA, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Who may purchase

Buyers confirm they are at least 21 and purchasing for legitimate laboratory research. The binding language is the Research Use & Disclaimer and the buyer agreement presented with an account. This page is the plain-language version for search and for readers. If the two ever feel different, the legal page controls.

What a certificate does not change

A Certificate of Analysis can confirm identity, purity, endotoxin, and that the batch was tested for sterility. It does not make a research chemical appropriate for use in a person or animal.
