A vial that fails its paperwork or arrives damaged is replaced. Refunds are only for unopened, factory-sealed vials.
Refunds are available only for unopened, factory-sealed vials returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or unsealed vials are not eligible for refund or return. This page’s promise is narrower: a vial that fails QC against its Certificate of Analysis, or arrives damaged in transit, is replaced, not refunded. There is no public certificate library. You can contact us about a product at any time. A lot-matched report is for a specific lot, requested through the COA page.

To start a return, email info@biscaynescience.com. An item damaged in transit, or the wrong item, is replaced, not refunded: email the same address within 7 days of delivery with the order number and photos.
A vial that fails QC verification against its Certificate of Analysis is replaced from a passing batch.
