Shipping is within the United States, to business, laboratory, and institutional addresses. Every order is reviewed before it ships. Orders addressed to a residence, hotel, or mail-forwarding service are held while research affiliation is confirmed. We do not ship to freight forwarders or reshippers.
If a vial arrives damaged in transit, or the wrong item arrives, email info@biscaynescience.com within 7 days of delivery with the order number and photos. Those items are replaced, not refunded. Refunds are only for unopened, factory-sealed vials returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened or unsealed vials are not eligible. To start a return, email the same address.
