How to Request a Lot-Matched COA | Biscayne Science

Steps

The canonical walkthrough, including the short video, stays on the COA page. These are the same steps, written out for reference.

  1. Open Contact and use Get in Touch. The COA page links there.
  2. Enter your email. That is where the report is sent.
  3. Include the order number, or the SKU and the lot printed on the vial.
  4. Send the message. We email the report for that lot.

A message you can paste: “Requesting a lot-matched Certificate of Analysis. Order number: ____ SKU: ____ Lot: ____”

Direct email: info@biscaynescience.com.

What we do not publish

There is no public certificate library on this site. Documentation is on request and lot-matched. You can write about a compound before you hold a vial. The lot-matched report itself requires a lot, which is the lot on a vial you have.

Questions researchers ask

Do you publish a public COA library?

No. Documentation is provided on request and matched to a lot.

Can I ask before I buy?

Yes. Contact us with the product you are evaluating. A lot-matched report needs the lot from a vial, so that file comes after a lot exists to match.

What identifiers should I include?

An order number, or the SKU and the lot printed on the vial label, plus the email where the report should go.
